1964 Lamborghini 350 GT restored

Following the wake of other car manufacturers, Lamborghini built two years ago a new department called Polo Storico to rehabilitate its classic models. Their latest and fourth product is the Lamborghini 350 GT presented at the 2017 Paris RetroMobile Show which took place in February.

Polo Storico offers an exclusive service of restoration that uses only genuine spare parts in order to guarantee the authenticity of the Lamborghini car models. If need be, some missing pieces will be re-manufactured according to the original plans and drawings. The restoration process of the Lamborghini 350 GT which was initially produced in 1964, required 6 months of work on the body of the car and its interior as well numerous hours of mechanical and electrical checkings. The wooden steering wheel, clutch and accelerator were restored and the painting process of the car used the same old techniques as those used for the 1964 original Lamborghini. Even the original radio still functions.

Vintage cars are not reserved only to a limited number of fans, but to appeal to a larger audience ready to pay a high price to get a mythic car model such as the Porsche 911, the Land Rover Reborn and more.
