Hi Andres and thank you for your time!

Q: Our clients come from all around the globe to Europe and in many occasions would like to fly private. Can you please elaborate about your planes and their capacity?

Andres: Sure! Thanks for having me. So, here are the most common planes and charter services we provide:

Light Jets – Our most requested service is light jet charters, particularly popular among clients traveling within Europe. These jets are ideal for routes lasting 1 to 3 hours and accommodating 2 to 6 passengers.

Midsize Jets – For larger groups of 8 to 12 passengers or clients requiring longer routes, we offer a wide selection of high-quality midsize jets. These jets are perfect for flights from northern countries like the UK to Mediterranean destinations such as Spain, Italy, and Greece, ensuring comfort and efficiency for group travel.

Heavy Jets – Our heavy jet services cater primarily to our Middle Eastern clients traveling to and from Europe. These aircraft are frequently used for both corporate and personal travel on popular routes like Dubai to Paris or Riyadh to London, providing unparalleled service and luxury.

Ultra-Long-Range Jets – These jets are popular for clients in the United States with travel needs to Europe and the Middle East for business and leisure. These are long-haul flights exceeding 7 hours, ensuring a smooth and premium experience for transcontinental travelers.

Q: Are there popular routes or airports you fly from / to?

Andres: During the summer season, the most sought-after destinations we cater to include Ibiza, Mykonos, and Marbella. Thanks to our deep industry knowledge and strong relationships with the local airports, we ensure our clients receive priority when requesting arrival and departure slots. This gives our company a distinct edge in delivering seamless travel experiences during peak periods.

Additionally, there is consistent year-round demand for flights between Dubai and Europe. The growing business ties between the Middle East and Europe have driven an increasing need for convenient, high-quality flight solutions.

Q: What is the typical process and timeframe for obtaining a flight quote from Private-jets.pro?

Andres: Our team carefully reviews every request we receive to ensure the best possible service. Clients can easily reach us through our website form or directly via our global WhatsApp customer service at +1 (386) 272-6384.

To provide an accurate quote, we require the following details:

  • Route
  • One-Way or Roundtrip
  • Date
  • Number of Passengers

With this information, we promptly check aircraft availability and present a range of tailored options for our clients to choose from. Depending on the route and aircraft availability, we can arrange a flight within as little as 12 hours, ensuring flexibility and efficiency for every request.

Q: What do people need to know when they book a flight?

Andres: Private flights depart and arrive at exclusive terminals separate from commercial ones. While these terminals are typically located near the main ones, it’s important to note the difference.

Clients will need to arrive at the flight handling office, check in, and wait for the pilot to meet them and escort them to the aircraft. While clients can arrive as close as 10 minutes before departure, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure a smooth process.

Ground transportation to and from the terminal can be arranged upon request.

For luggage, any special requirements should be communicated in advance, as the number of items allowed depends on the aircraft size. Generally, each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and a personal item. If additional luggage is required, our team will work to accommodate your needs.

Q: Renting a car with Europe Luxury Cars – is it possible to enter the terminal?

Andres: Yes, it is possible upon request, but typically not necessary. The private jet experience is designed to be incredibly private and exclusive from start to finish. Upon arrival at the handling office, passengers are welcomed into a luxurious private lounge with complimentary food and beverages.

To further enhance the experience, the aircraft pilot personally greets the passenger in the lounge and escorts them to the jet.

Q: As environmental concerns become more prominent, what steps is your company taking to offer eco-friendly private jet options, and how might this appeal to the environmentally conscious luxury traveler?

Andres: At Private Jets Pro, we recognize the growing importance of environmental responsibility, even in the luxury travel sector. While private aviation inherently poses challenges regarding sustainability, we are actively taking steps to offer eco-friendly options that appeal to the environmentally conscious traveler.

We partner with reputable carbon offset initiatives, allowing clients to balance the environmental impact of their flights by investing in projects that reduce emissions globally, such as renewable energy, reforestation, and sustainable development programs.

Furthermore, through our curated network of operators, we prioritize access to newer, fuel-efficient aircraft with advanced engines and aerodynamics designed to reduce carbon emissions without compromising on luxury or performance.

In addition, our operators implement eco-conscious practices, including using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) where available, which can significantly lower emissions compared to traditional jet fuel.

Last but not least: we assist our clients in selecting the most efficient aircraft for their travel needs, ensuring optimal use of resources while maintaining exceptional service and comfort.

These initiatives allow us to align luxury travel with a commitment to sustainability, enabling our clients to enjoy a seamless, exclusive experience while making more eco-conscious travel decisions.
