New Generation Audi A8 Sedan Unveiled at the 2017 LA Auto Show

The newest generation Audi A8 sedan has been unveiled and it has taken the luxury car world by storm. With the powerful lithium-ion battery, premium materials, improved body design and highly comfortable interior, everyone is waiting for the chance to get their hands on this model.

In addition, the Audi A8 consists of 58 percent aluminum parts that are paired with ultra-high strength carbon fiber and hot form-steel. This creates a stronger body overall compared with the current A8 model.

With the new technology features, you can expect a 10.1-inch touchscreen display, MMI-navigation plus 3D surround sound.

When you take a peek under the hood of the new Audi A8, you’ll find a 3.0-liter V6 turbo engine that pairs perfectly with the 48-volt electric mild-hybrid drivetrain. This lithium-ion battery combined with the belt driven alternator starter will blast to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. This energy saving battery will allow for over 300 miles of travel. In addition, you can either charge the battery through a wired fast charging function or via the Audi Wireless Charging system.
