While Kylie Jenner’s luxury car collection does seem rather extravagant, if the reality tv show has taught us anything at all about the Kardashian family, it’s that this car collection is hardly the oddest thing about them. The 18-year-old who seems to struggle with maintaining a consistant hair colour for any length of time owns four luxury cars. This list includes a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Ferrari 458 Spider, a Mercedes Benz G63 and a Range Rover Sport.
For this particular young lass acquiring these expensive cars didn’t involve much of a hassle, all of them more or less just fell in her lap. After all this sort of thing happens to you all the time when you’re so… talented???
Her first car, the Range Rover Autobiography Extended Version was given to her by her ultra glamorous mother. While it’s been crashed a few times (it’s hard applying the lippy whilst accelerating on street corners), the car has been salvaged on each occasion, customised with additional bling and is still being driven... sometimes.
The second car, The Mercedes G class SUV, aka the Hollywood tractor, most certainly made its claim to fame courtesy of the Kardashian family where it became the trademark vehicle on the reality tv show. Kylie’s G wagon comes in a back exterior with a questionably tasteful choice of red leather upholstery on the inside. Not to mention that it’s her favourite car with the whole inside that’s “got a bunch of carbon fiber”.
Next in line is the Ferrari 458 Spider, a gift from her boyfriend TYGA (Thank You God Always) as a means of sharing his care and appreciation for Kylie. Perhaps it was her willingness to accept a partner whose name is an acronym, that really swept up the tide of emotion. In anycase the Ferrari is also the preferred car of her father, come former Olympian, turned woman, Caitlyn (Bruce) Jenner.
The car at the top dollar end is the Rolls Royce Ghost. While normally it is the car most strongly associated with prestige, class and British luxury, in this case, it appears that the marque has lend its branding towards fame-for-no-apparent-reason celebrities. I suppose that is the price to pay, when you’re scratching to meet an annual sales target of a dozen or so.
Combined Kylie Jenner’s cars are valued to be worth around $793,000. Certainly not a bad effort from someone who still needs to work out where that darn carbon fiber goes?
