On the flip side, VolJet.com offers a better solution and more efficiency for the nearly 40 percent of chartered aircraft that fly empty or at very low capacity “No plane should fly empty,” said VolJet COO Laurence Rabe. “It’s not a good business model, not good for the community and not good for the environment.” Therefore Voljet.com has a seperate portal in which a select network of jet operators can view groups and assign aircraft to flights via an online system. This process will keep costs down and at the same time increase revenue.
