Voljet’s services are available to 900 U.S destinations, with intentions to expand globally. According to Co-founder and CEO Susan Sloan, the incentive behind VolJet.com was to offer “those who want to save time and money unprecedented options to fly on private jets,”. The program is therefore targeted towards the ‘value-conscious’ who are simultaneously seeking to make the most of their time, money and efficiency. “Consumers now have access to all the advantages of private jet travel at prices well below typical charter rates. Most importantly, it’s a quick and easy way to obtain the exact cost of a flight without wasting valuable time searching or negotiating quotes.”

On the flip side, VolJet.com offers a better solution and more efficiency for the nearly 40 percent of chartered aircraft that fly empty or at very low capacity “No plane should fly empty,” said VolJet COO Laurence Rabe. “It’s not a good business model, not good for the community and not good for the environment.” Therefore Voljet.com has a seperate portal in which a select network of jet operators can view groups and assign aircraft to flights via an online system. This process will keep costs down and at the same time increase revenue. Jet operators must meet the highest industry standards in relation to safety, business ratings and reputation in order to participate.

In comparison to commercial airline companies that only have access to 500 airport terminals, Voljet.com’s patent-pending technology provides access to more than 900. This entails much greater time efficiency for our flyers who are now able to avoid crowded check-in lines, unexpected delays, long stopovers and the hassles of congested airports.
