I hired two vehicles from Europe Luxury Cars – a Range Rover Sport and a Range Rover Evoque. They were delivered to Florence airport on our arrival, which meant we did not have to scrum down at the normal car hire terminal. Both were low mileage and in excellent condition, and the Sport was in fact virtually brand new. I can not fault the service I received, both on booking and delivery.

I had an excellent experience. Everything happened as promised. No nuisance. No trouble… just ok. The booking was straightforward. The delivery of the car to me in my hotel was with Swiss precision. The contract and paperwork were simple and clear. The return of the car was fast as a breeze. Price was competitive. What else should I have asked for?

These people were patient while I asked many questions before booking to be sure I wasn’t going to have any surprises. The booking process was easy. Sergio met us at the airport in madrid and led us to our car. He spoke english well enough that there was no miscommunications. Even called us before we cleared immigration to be sure that we had indeed arrived. Plan on about 20 to 30 minutes to inspect the car and sign the contract accepting the vehicle. The car was in excellent shape and clean. Don’t forget to ask how to use the presets for the car seats and mirrors as I forgot to and the manual is not in the car. Sergio thankfully changed the nav system to english for us. Also if you are doing extensive driving be sure to book the extra km in advance. Excess milage for the porsche was 2 euro per km booked in advance 3 euro per km if you went over. My wife and I put just shy of 2800 km on the car in 11 days including a ferry ride to Ibiza and back. Not a single problem with the car. They do assure you that if there is a problem to just call them and they will come to you for service including flat tires. When we returned the car we had kept the interior clean but the outside was covered in dust and splattered bugs. We were happy to find there were no surprise fees. Also our deposit was refunded in full the next day with the receipt emailed to us. Sergio was there again when we dropped off the car and after inspecting the car had us on our way in about 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you very much for an incredible ride. I would highly recommend renting from this company.For american renters used to hertz and others you should beware that as I understand it the full coverage insurance does not cover damage done to the car that can not be attributed to another responsible party. Damage you cause or that happens without a third party being held responsible comes out of your deposit. There appears to be no coverage you can buy through the rental company that will cover damage done to the car by you, road debris or an unknown party so be careful or look into outside insurance.
