My husband and I booked a trip to Mallorca to celebrate our 30th birthdays and also to celebrate our soon to be parenthood. We’re having a baby in July! Anyway, I wanted to do something very special for my husband on our trip. I booked a Ferrari California Turbo for 24 hours while on our trip to Mallorca. Booking the vehicle was seamless and the customer service was incredible. They were quick, easy, and thorough. They explained the process and sent out the contract immediately. On the day of the rental, the car was delivered on time and without any issues. We were shown how to operate the vehicle and let us know that they will be back to pick it up the next day at a specific time. I should also mention, that our flight was delayed so I needed to call them and ask to push up the delivery date, which they obliged and helped make a stressful situation much easier. Over the next 24 hours, my husband and I had a blast driving the Ferrari around Mallorca. It was the most incredible experience and has been a life long dream for my husband. The next day, as discussed we had the car back at the location for them to pick it up. They did a quick look around the vehicle to make sure there was no damage and that was it. Super easy. It was definitely hard to give it back, and we certainly were less than enthused to get home and drive our Honda CRV home, but regardless we had a wonderful time and a memory that won’t be forgotten all thanks to Europe Luxury Car Hire. I would recommend them 10 times over!
