Rented BMW M850 Cabriolet for two weeks in Spain. Car delivered to our Hotel in Barcelona and dropped off at our Hotel in Malaga. The automobile was in beautiful condition and ran beautifully as well, we could not have been any happier with the performance of the car or the performance of the company. This is the second time we have used the services of Europe Luxury Cars, both experiences have been great and we will definitely use their services again.

I hired a Range Rover in January for a skiing trip to Switzerland. I was overall very impressed with the level of service and car this company provided. They were very attentive when I contacted them and booked the car and the delivery driver met me at arrivals with a name board and took us to the car and we were on our way. The car was spotlessly clean with very good specification and TV’s in the back of the car that the kids loved. I will be using them again and would be happy to recommend there services.

We rented a BMW convertible for 4 days in Tuscany. First, must admit that choosing a convertible to travel with 2 teenagers was a very bad idea. The car is too small for them (and us), there is very limited space to stretch their legs and as the back of the back seat are not adjustable, they have to sit all the way with a straight back and thus very uncomfortable. But the choice of the car was make by me, so its not the responsibility of the company (though if they can give me more information or advice on changing the car choice will be even better), and after I discover the cons of having this car to travel for 4 days, I immediate call them to see if can change to another car. My Agent, Paul, was very kind and helpful in contacting the company in Florence to assist me to see if can change the car, and most importantly, that is a Sunday. I really appreciate the help and the service. The supporting staff were helpful and nice too. Would definitely recommend this company for luxury car rental.
