The long standing relationship between the quintessential British spy, James Bond, and the Aston Martin marque is being fully embraced with the release of the new Bond Edition DB9 GT, to coincide with the release of the new ‘Spectre’ film this upcoming November.The limited edition exceptional sports car will come fitted with the powerful 6.0-liter V12 engine that produces 540 hp at 6,750 rpm and 457 lb-ft of torque at 5,500 rpm and is capable of sprinting this collector’s item from 0 to 100 in just 4.4 seconds and onto top speeds of 294 km/h. Outside, the DB9 GT Bond Edition will feature Spectre Silver paint, Aston Martin badges cast from sterling silver, black diamond-turned 20-inch alloy wheels, a whole gray-and-silver theme and of course, 007 Bond Edition exterior badging to let everyone know the secret agent has arrived.
The elegance of the DB9 GT Bond Edition transcends to the interior, which features Obsidian Black fluted leather sports seats with Galena Silver stitch and Argento Grey welt, gun barrel embroidery on the rear seat divider and a Bond-style startup screen on the AMi II touchscreen.
A suite of elegant Bond-themed accessories are offered to the 150 lucky buyers of the DB9 GT Bond Edition, including a finely crafted 21-inch Globe-Trotter trolley case, finished with an embossed leather luggage tag and an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M James Bond Limited Edition watch with a unique Aston Martin strap.
