London to Brighton

Set off with the family in your Mini Countryman and enjoy a day at the lovely seaside town of Brighton. It offers something for everyone, with beaches, museums and quirky markets. The drive to this get-away venue is around an hour and a half south through the stunning countryside.

When you arrive, head for the beach. Have a swim and collect some pebbles to keep as a memento. Stroll around the Lanes, a fun area of zig-zag streets, filled with quirky shops. Take the kids for some thrills on the rides at the Palace Pier – it has fabulous seaside attractions.

Enjoy a typical British lunch of fish, chips and mushy peas. After lunch, watch a movie about the famous 1910 Duke of York's Cinema. It is the oldest continually operating cinema in Europe. Look out for the giant pair of fibreglass legs on the roof.

As evening falls, drive back to the beach. See a spectacular show as Poi twirlers do tricks with fire and floating lanterns are released into the sky.

London to Margate

Nestling on the far south-east corner of Britain is the charming seaside destination of Margate. Enjoy a sun-filled ride in your Mini Cabriolet. The drive is around 120km through lovely rolling green hills.

When you arrive in this retro town, drive to the famous art gallery, the  Turner Contemporary. It offers world-class art exhibits and breathtaking views over the harbour.

The kids will be delighted to spend time at Dreamland, the town's famous amusement park. Get an adrenaline rush on the Big Wheel or enjoy a slower ride on the Carousel. Enjoy lunch at the Buoy and Oyster, a seafront restaurant overlooking the beach. For something different, order the skate wing with caper butter and samphire.

Get some thrills at the Shell Grotto where you can take a guided tour. It is decorated with mosaics and patterns, made up of millions of seashells. Drive back to London for an overnight stay at the exclusive 5-star Cadogan Gardens, Chelsea. It embodies old-school British charm and splendour.

The Dictator

Sacha Baron Cohen’s film may well be classified as a satirical comedy, but if there is one thing that the fictitious dictator Gen. Aladeen takes very seriously, it’s his outrageous fleet of luxury cars. Our team at Europe Luxury Cars is proud to have been a key supplier of high-end (and sometimes over-the-top) cars for all scenes filmed in Europe.

When the legendary motor show dedicated a special to the south of Spain, they relied on Europe Luxury Cars to supply some of the most prestigious vehicles the region has to offer. The special was aptly titled Supercars in Spain (Series 20, Episode 3) where Jeremy, James and Richard each did their best to make these supercars shine.
