Back in your van, head for something totally different. The town of Kufstein known as the 'Pearl of Tyrol' offers a wonderful calmness located along the Inn River. The massive Kufstein Fortress dominates, overlooking the town from high up on the hill.
See the 90m high Emperor's Tower and the massive Heroes' Organ, Heldenorgel, built in 1931. It is the largest outdoor organ in the world, boasting 4307 pipes and 46 stops. Be awed when it plays at noon in memory of those who died in two world wars. End your visit with a tour around the Museum.
