Cable car ride up the Mount Titlis

After relaxing in Zurich for a few days, set off to see the amazing Mount Titlis. It is a stunning one and a half hour trip south. On the way you will pass through Lucerne. Stop and explore this lovely city. Take a stroll over the Kapellbrücke, the Chapel Bridge, said to be the oldest bridge constructed from wood in Europe. Have fun watching perfectly crafted miniature working steam trains at the Swiss Transport Museum. A late breakfast at one of the famous Bachmann cafés is a must. Stroll around the Old Town and admire the fabulous murals painted on the buildings. Then walk along the Old City Wall. The fit can climb up into the Clock Tower and art lovers can explore the Rosengart Collection.

Back in your Luxury Van, continue to Engelberg, located in the heart of the Swiss Alps. From here you can take the world famous revolving cable car to the top of Mount Titlis. Be prepared for idyllic panoramic views of deep crevasses, craggy steep rock faces and picture-perfect snow-covered mountain peaks. This unique gondola, which is a first in the world, revolves 360 degrees during the five-minute trip. For even more spectacular views when you reach the top, you can walk across the highest suspension bridge in Europe or you can take the Ice Flyer Chairlift. Adrenaline junkies can slide down the Glacier Park snow slide.

After all the snow fun, head to the Panorama Restaurant. The venue is bathed in warm candlelight and soft music plays in the background, providing the perfect setting to dip into a delicious fondue chinoise with your group of friends.

The Dictator

Sacha Baron Cohen’s film may well be classified as a satirical comedy, but if there is one thing that the fictitious dictator Gen. Aladeen takes very seriously, it’s his outrageous fleet of luxury cars. Our team at Europe Luxury Cars is proud to have been a key supplier of high-end (and sometimes over-the-top) cars for all scenes filmed in Europe.

When the legendary motor show dedicated a special to the south of Spain, they relied on Europe Luxury Cars to supply some of the most prestigious vehicles the region has to offer. The special was aptly titled Supercars in Spain (Series 20, Episode 3) where Jeremy, James and Richard each did their best to make these supercars shine.
