Spend time exploring Milan
Milan is an ancient city filled filled with culture, art and exquisite architecture. Art lovers must take some time to visit the refectory of the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which houses the incredible 15th century Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci. Drive to the Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio, a Romanesque church with a beautiful courtyard and a crypt which holds the remains of St Ambrose.

Head out of the city to Bosio
Feel the power of the 3.0-Litre V6 engine as you set off along the A7 to Bosio, a two hour drive of around 120km. Bosio is known for its beautiful Parco Naturale delle Capanne di Marcarolo, a natural landscape of picturesque mountains.
Straight to Portofino
Continue your drive for another hour and a half to the world famous village of Portofino. This is the playground of the movers and shakers and is filled with luxury villas, exquisite landscaped terraces and picture-perfect pastel coloured homes. Head for the harbour where multi-million dollar mega-yachts lie moored in the water. You may even spot a celeb or two hiding behind designer sunglasses.
Lunch is at the iconic Da Puny, located at La Piazzetta with views of the harbour. They serve classic Genovese fare - try the ‘risotto with prawns and curry’ or the ‘branzino al sale’, fresh fish in salt. After lunch drive to the Castello Brown, this stunning 16th Century castle has a museum and offers a panoramic view over the town and the bay.
Scenic Drive to Cinque Terre
Your drive continues along the A12 to Cinque Terre, a trip of around 45 minutes. This unique cluster of five ancient fishing villages are perched at breathtaking heights on the cliff sides overlooking the blue ocean. The buildings are painted in colourful pastel shades and create a mesmerising scene. You can stroll around the quaint streets and wander up and down the cliffs. Down at the waterfront, take a boat trip to see this stunning sight from the ocean. If you want to soak up the atmosphere for longer, plan to stay overnight at the Hotel Villa Argentina in Riomaggiore. In the morning head to Fossola Beach. It is a small pebbly beach that has a natural rugged ambience and offers a secluded place to relax.
